
1.First make sure to be able to frontside flip and frontside pop shuvit with ease.
2. Put your feet as for a frontside flip and bend your knees.
3. Pop the tail and start frontside flipping but without turning your shoulders. This is the hardest part of the trick according to me: trying to keep your shoulders on the same line and preventing them from following your board.
4. Once the board started its rotation, you must get you feet out of the way by bending your knees to let it flip.
5. Catch the board and extend your legs so as to put the board back straight.
6. Both feet on the board and still rolling? Well done buddy!
