Frontside Blunt by Javier Mendizabal

1. Learn blunt to fakie first.
2. Roll up the transition with just enough speed to get in the blunt position. Make sure your weight is in the ramp, not above the deck.
3. Your front foot should be in an almost heelflip position (toes sticking off the side of the board).
4. The weight of your back foot should be on your toes.
Your shoulders have to be prerotated for the fs turn.
As soon as you get in the blunt position, start the rotation and pop out of the blunt with your feet.
5. Complete as much of the rotation as possible while you are in the air.
6. DO NOT JUMP OFF YOUR BOARD if you feel like you have done everything right. You will not slam too bad if you don't land perfect
7. Roll away.
Keep yourself convinced that you can do this trick every time. That's the hard part.
